羡慕别人的幸福怎么说英语

As a Chinese speaker, I often find it difficult to express my envy towards other people's happiness in English. It's not just a matter of translating the words, but also about conveying the right emotions and nuances.

When I see my friends posting pictures of their exotic travels or announcing their new promotions, I can't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. I wish I could have the same opportunities and achievements as they do.

However, I also know that envy is not a healthy emotion and can lead to bitterness and resentment. So instead of dwelling on my own shortcomings, I try to channel my energy towards self-improvement and gratitude for what I already have.

In English, I might say something like, 'I admire your success and am happy for you, but I also feel a sense of longing for my own goals. I hope to work hard and achieve my dreams like you have.'

Or, 'Seeing your beautiful photos from your trip makes me feel envious, but also inspired to plan my own adventure. Thank you for sharing your experiences with me.'

Expressing envy in English can be tricky, but it's important to remember to balance it with positivity and humility.
