My Neck Hurts

Recently, I've been experiencing some discomfort in my neck. It's been aching and sore, and it's been affecting my ability to move my head and neck freely. I'm not exactly sure what's causing it, but I suspect it might be due to poor posture or stress.

I've been trying to alleviate the pain by stretching and massaging my neck, but it hasn't been helping much. I'm considering seeing a doctor or a chiropractor to get a professional opinion and treatment.

It's frustrating to deal with this discomfort, especially since it's affecting my daily activities. I hope to find a solution soon and get back to feeling like my usual self.
