Counting numbers are easy to say,

But when it comes to ordinals, we'll need to play.

First, second, third, and so on,

Adding '-th' to make them strong.

Fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh,

Eighth, ninth, and tenth, we reckon.

Eleventh, twelfth, and then we add,

Thirteenth, fourteenth, and it's not so bad.

Fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth,

Nineteenth, twentieth, and we're almost finished.

Twenty-first, twenty-second, and beyond,
